Artilat NV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 0404291743, is concerned with your privacy. In this privacy statement, we will explain which personal data we collect and for which purposes.

This means we:
- clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, by using this Privacy Statement;
- limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes;
- first ask for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is
- required;
- take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and we demand the same from
- parties who process personal data on our behalf;
- respect your right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data held by us.
Artilat NV is the party responsible for all data processing. We recommend that you read it carefully.

Handling your order
We will use your personal data when handling your order. We may share your data with the delivery service to have your order delivered. We may also obtain information on your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this purpose, we use your payment details, phone number, invoice address, email address and name. The law requires us to do this. We store this information for ten years after your order has been completed.
Contact form
You can use our contact form to ask or questions or make any request.
For this purpose, we use your name and email address. We store this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and 1 year thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in case you have any following questions and train our customer service to improve even
more.
Promotion
Other than the advertisements on the website, we can inform you about new products or services:

- by e-mail
- per phone
You can object at all times against this promotional communication. Every letter contains instructions on how to do this. You can also inform us when we call you.
Applications & Staff
Personal data which we receive in relation to job applications and personal data of employees will be treated with the utmost discretion.
The information you provide as a result of your application will initially be used for the selection procedure of the job you are applying for.
These data may be exchanged with our recruitment partners in view of the further selection process.
If your candidacy is not retained, your personal information will be saved on a recruitment reserve list for a period of maximum 10 years with the purpose of contacting you again when we have a position that matches the one you previously applied for. For this we will rely on the consent given at
the time of your first application.
If you no longer wish to be included in our recruitment reserve list, you can have your data removed
by simple request.
If you are a staff member of Artilat, we are legally obliged to collect personal data allowing us to do our personnel administration. This means we will also communicate your information to third parties involved in our personnel administration and/or personnel management. Artilat has strict agreements with these parties, which have committed themselves to comply with European privacy laws. All of this has been duly recorded in processing agreements according to art. 28 of the GDPR.

With third parties processing personal data for Artilat, processing agreements have been made in accordance with the GDPR legislation.
Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
We use Google and Adobe Analytics to track visitors on our website and to get reports about how visitors use the website. We accepted the data processing agreement from Google & Adobe. We don’t allow Google & Adobe to use information obtained by Analytics for other Google & Adobe services, and we anonymize the IP-addresses.
Security
We take security measures to reduce misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data.

We reserve the right to modify this statement. We recommend that you consult this statement on a regular basis, so that you remain informed of any changes.
Inspection and Modification of your Data
